Our SENDCo

Our Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENDCo) is Mrs Gemma Smith. She works closely with families, staff and external agencies to ensure that the right support is in place for children with additional needs.

Coping with Challenging Behaviour

We understand that all children can experience behavioural challenges from time to time. We have staff who are trained in Team Teach strategies, which provide a positive approach to behaviour management. This ensures the safety and well-being of every child and promotes a calm, respectful learning environment.
